Collecting nothing beats protecting everything
The standard hosting promise is that your identity is collected and then kept safe. It is a promise nobody can keep indefinitely: databases leak, companies get acquired, subpoenas arrive, and staff make mistakes. Every field a provider stores is a liability with a long tail, and the tail outlives the customer relationship.
We took the other route. There is no identity in our systems at all, so there is nothing to leak, nothing to sell, nothing to freeze and nothing to disclose. This is not a stronger promise than the usual one. It is a different architecture, and it does not depend on us continuing to behave well.

Why the payment layer matters as much as the account
An anonymous account funded from a card is not anonymous — the processor holds your name, your bank and your address, and it can be pressured to freeze the merchant relationship entirely. A prepaid crypto balance removes that intermediary and the leverage that comes with it.
Monero removes the on-chain trail as well, and costs exactly the same as every other coin here. Is the email address verified?
Never. It is used to sign you in and to recover the account, and nothing else. A throwaway address works perfectly and we do not send a confirmation link, because there is nothing to confirm.
What happens if I lose the email and the password?
The account is unrecoverable, and that is a direct consequence of the design. There is no identity we could check to establish ownership, and inventing an alternative proof would undo the entire point. Keep the credentials somewhere safe.
Do you log IP addresses?
Only in short-lived operational logs needed to run and defend the network, rotated quickly and never archived. Nothing is sold, brokered or bundled, and there is no identity attached to any of it.
