A short policy, because there is little to describe.

This policy covers nodmcavps.com and every service NoDMCAVPS operates.

What we hold

• An email address, exactly as you typed it. We never verify it and do not care whether it is real.
• A password, stored as a salted hash. We cannot read it and cannot recover it for you.
• Your prepaid balance and a ledger of top-ups and charges, denominated in coins and dollars.
• The technical facts of your services: which plans exist, in which region, and their current state.
• Short-lived operational logs from the edge and the hypervisors, kept only while they are useful for running and defending the network.

What we do not hold

• No name, no postal address, no phone number, no date of birth.
• No identity documents. There is no upload step anywhere in the product, so there is no store of scans.
• No card numbers or bank details — we never touch a payment processor that would require them.
• No content index. We do not scan, fingerprint, hash-match or catalogue what is on your disks.
• No advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics, no ad network, no data broker and no tracking pixel. Nothing on this site reports to anyone but us.

Retention

Operational logs rotate quickly and are not archived. Billing records persist while the account exists, because a balance nobody can audit is a balance nobody can trust. Deleting your account removes the account record and its ledger; encrypted volumes are wiped when the service is destroyed.

Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, broker or trade anything about you, and there is no arrangement under which a third party receives customer data. A valid order from a court with jurisdiction over the relevant facility is complied with, as it would be by any operator that exists in the physical world. The practical consequence of everything above is that such an order produces an email address, a coin-denominated ledger and, at most, an encrypted block device for which we may not hold the key.

This website

Every font, script, style and image on this site is served from this domain. Nothing is fetched from an ad network, a data broker or an analytics vendor, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing of that kind to consent to.

One deliberate exception, and it is worth stating plainly: opening the create an account form loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which is how we keep automated signups off the platform. It runs only on that form — reading a page, a guide or a price list never loads it — and it checks whether the browser is a browser, without cookies, fingerprinting or any profile of you. It is the same Cloudflare that already sits in front of this site as our proxy, not a new party.

The site sets a session cookie once you sign in. Nothing we hold here is joined to an advertising profile, sold, rented or shared, for the simple reason that there is no identity in the account to attach it to.
